Can I still use the native OpenClaw interface?
Yes. We do not rebuild or hide it. Your dashboard has a one-click single sign-on deep-link straight into the native OpenClaw UI — agent editor, test chat, conversation history, channel connection wizards, and the skill installer. That is where you do the actual agent work.
Is my OpenClaw instance isolated from other customers?
Yes. Every customer gets their own private OpenClaw on a dedicated virtual machine. No shared tenancy and no noisy neighbours — your instance is unaffected by what anyone else is doing.
Which OpenClaw version do you run, and how are updates handled?
We pin a known-good OpenClaw version across the fleet and only roll forward after verifying the candidate against a throwaway tenant, so upgrades do not silently break your agents. You never patch anything yourself.
Can I bring my own AI provider key?
Yes. Connect your own AI provider account (BYOK) and we add no markup — you pay your provider directly. Or use managed billing, where AI usage is metered at provider cost plus 15% from a prepaid balance. You can switch modes later.
Which messaging channels can I connect?
Website chat is on by default. From your dashboard you can connect Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, Signal, iMessage, LINE, Weixin, SMS, and email — the same agent across every channel.
Do I need to manage servers, security, or backups?
No. The server, OS patching, OpenClaw updates, and keeping-it-running are all handled. Optional daily backups (7-day retention, one-click restore) are available as an add-on on every plan.
