- Your subscription covers the platform — the server, the agent catalog, and all the channels. On top of that, you pay a small amount as your agent works: our AI provider's cost plus 15%, with nothing else added. Think of it like a phone plan: the subscription is the line rental, and AI usage is like calls. Buy credit in advance ($5, $20, or $50, or any amount you like), use it at your own pace, and we'll alert you when it's getting low. No surprise charges — we only ever spend what you've deposited.
- Can I use my own AI account?
- Yes. If you already have an account with an AI provider, you can connect it in the portal and your agent will run through that account. Nothing extra is charged on our side for usage — you pay your provider directly. Most people starting out use our built-in billing (simpler, no second account to manage). Connecting your own account is there if you want it.
- What does "private server" mean?
- Your agent runs on its own dedicated space — completely separate from other customers. No shared resources, no slowdowns caused by someone else's busy period. Starter handles most businesses just starting out; Pro is for busier operations or running multiple conversations at once; Business is for high-volume use.
- Are all the messaging channels included on every plan?
- Yes — every messaging channel we support works on every plan, including Starter. That covers website chat, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, Signal, iMessage, LINE, Weixin, SMS, email, and any new channel we add. We don't gate channels by plan tier; the plan only affects how busy your agent can be, not where it runs.
- Can I add more capabilities to my agent later?
- Yes. After your agent is live you can expand what it can do — connect it to your existing tools, give it access to your documents, enable it to send emails, and more. None of that is gated by plan tier; the plan only affects how busy your agent can be and which templates are in the catalog.
- What happens if I run out of credit?
- Your agent politely lets the customer know it needs a moment, and pauses until you top up. Your subscription keeps running — nothing is deleted. Top up through your dashboard and your agent resumes straight away. No unexpected charges and no hidden overages.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade?
- Yes, any time. Upgrading is immediate. Downgrading takes about 3 minutes and nothing is lost. We don't charge a fee to switch plans.
